Are cancelled summer programs bumming you out? Broadway Summer Class auditions are open!

Are our performers looking for something to do this summer? Please read below for all the details!

Both Encore and Summer Theater have been cancelled for this summer. We are as disappointed as you are! We know how important performing is to so many of our students and we would like to take this opportunity to tell you about Broadway class. Please share this with anyone you might think is interested!

Broadway class is audition only and can be split up in class sizes less than 10 people! Based upon auditions for each age group, students get a role assignment in a specific song or scene. In Broadway class, we not only work on the singing and musical technique but we also explore acting, stage presence, choreography, and other angles of what it means to be a performer such as resumes and audition skills.

We are currently working on a duet series in our Broadway classes. For June we will also be adding new scenes, audition only!  Although we are still confirming details, we are planning on being able to offer a semi “performance” where parents would be welcome to watch in small groups, distanced apart (hopefully outside!)  That all being said, this will be pending on the current health and safety guidelines.

Deadline to submit audition: May 25, 2020

To audition and see the requirements, please fill out this form:

Sweet deals for fall semester!

We understand that school schedules will likely change your availability for this fall. For those that are committed to us for the full summer semester we we give you priority scheduling for when school starts. We will also waive fall registration fees for any students that take summer lessons for the full duration of the summer semester!

Are you looking for a music teacher that goes beyond music lessons?

We believe that mentorship is more than just endowing someone skills and enriching their talent. We LOVE connecting with people passionate about music, student or not.

Music, for us, is community.
We love getting to know our students as unique individuals and creating a space where they can be themselves. Generally, musicians really show their best when they're in a good, positive space. And we want our students to find that space.

We offer piano lessons, voice lessons, guitar lessons, violin lessons, Broadway classes and other group classes, at the heart of Marysville. We have students from Powell, Worthington, Upper Arlington, Columbus, and surrounding areas.
