Props, set and costume lists will be sent out throughout the rehearsal process. We are asking parents to help us find props, set pieces, and costumes from their home. Although these productions are as resourceful as possible, each character may be asked to purchase or rent costume pieces, no more than $40 per character. Parents are also asked to volunteer to help with either snacks for the cast during production week, performance venue preparation/cleanup, backstage supervision, ushering, or ticket sales.

To assist with paying our teachers, rights/licensing/royalty fees, venue rentals, etc. there will be a pay to play fee of $200 per student due in full by January 31st. In lieu of a pay-to play fee, students may secure business sponsors for the program (must be paid in full by January 31st). Business sponsors will receive a business ad in our digital programs. Pay to Play Fee (or business sponsorship level): $200 for one student. For families, the second student is $147 and third student is $97.
