Double degree in BM Theatre and BA Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies (WGSS), Otterbein University

Shelby is a 2021 graduate from Otterbein University with a bachelor’s degree double majoring in theatre and women’s, gender, and sexuality studies (WGSS).

While at Otterbein she was involved in many productions in many capacities including assistant directing Shakespeare’s The Tempest, performing as Jackie Coryton in Hayfever, doing the makeup and hair for The Diary of Anne Frank, and dialect coaching for A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder, and School for Scandal.

Shelby is passionate about helping others and spreading the joy of theatre and music. They were also vice president of the honors society for WGSS, Tri-Iota.

Currently, Shelby is pursuing her master’s of social work at The Ohio State University while working at Red.
