Dance Studio / Baby Grand Studio - $35/hour
This studio is perfect for private 1:1 dance lessons, dance coachings, recording or practicing on a baby grand piano, or using a room for a small and intimate event. Up to 30 folding chairs available for rent ($30) for small events. Two adjustable height ballet bars included in room rental.
Studio Room 2 - $15/hour
This studio room is more spacious, perfect for voice lessons, acting, and instruments. One electric keyboard included.
Studio Room 4 - $15/hour
This studio room is comfy, cozy, and includes an electric keyboard. Perfect for private voice lessons, piano lessons, and instrumental lessons.
Recording/Self Tape Room - $20/hour
Our Recording / Self Tape Room is perfect for auditions, self tapes, recordings, rehearsals, and creative projects. Designed for actors, singers, musicians, and content creators, it includes a green screen and blue screen setup, one ring light, two video filming lights with phone camera stands, and a keyboard in a professional, inspiring space.
Outdoor Space - $80/4hr session, $150/day
Our outdoor space is perfect for events or photography sessions. It has beautiful landscapes, a railroad track nearby that serve as beautiful backdrops for your events and photo needs.
